VillageMD has announced its partnership with Envision Medical Group and its primary care team in 12 locations across three Michigan counties. The team will now be practicing as Village Medical from November 17. Village Medical offers a wide variety of physician services that will provide primary care. Some of the services included Village Medical at Home and virtual health visits.

Village Medical offers a huge number of services that include preventive care, treating illness and injuries, management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, COPD, and kidney diseases.

Its patients will be able to get same-day appointments and virtual health checkups. They will also be able to utilize the Village Medical at Home service, which allows primary care visits with experienced physicians. The patients will also benefit from Village MD’s docOS operating system, which integrates data that allows doctors to have a 360° view of their patient’s health profile and can help fill the gaps in their care.
