Scientific Games Corporation has signed the agreement that allows them to acquire Sideplay Entertainment. This agreement was mainly done for the growth of Scientific Games’ line of iLottery games and fasten the global market expansion of its iLottery content, which has its final regulatory approval pending.
This agreement allows the combination of Sideplay’s innovative line of digital games and content distribution with Scientific Game’s iLottery content and digital solutions. This is expected to boost the player engagement and help further grow the Company’s iLottery Solutions around the globe.
Scientific Games Lottery Group is the leading provider of iLottery solutions to over 20 lotteries globally. This success is mainly due to the company’s success as an interactive innovator and integrator of digital assets.
Along with the above, Scientific Games aims to expend its share in digital lottery market all the while integrating Sideplay’s library of content into its iLottery programs.
On the other hand, Sideplay is main supplier of digital eInstant games to UK National Lottery which is one of the largest interactive lotteries across the world.
