Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-wheats’ ‘Morning Craze’ is the newest addition to the people who wake up to breakfast cereal every morning. They know what are the problems faced if a day is started without breakfast. Inspired by real-life problems of the morning hunger, Kellogg’s has come up with a new board game to bring out the love of cereal
Kellogg’s is a company that makes convenience foods, mainly cereal, which is bought and loved by millions of people all over the world. Apart from cereal, they also prepare other snacks that have an equivalent fanbase around the globe. They aim at making better days for almost 3 billion people by 2030. Their new board game seems to be becoming as famous and loved by everyone as their food.
Kristin Hensley and Jen Smedley, the creators of the #IMOMSOHARD, shared their stories of morning growl. “Parenting has been turned on its head in 2020, and with most of the family activities being relegated to our homes, the ‘morning craze’ is more real than ever,” says Hensley. She admits to being a Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-wheats superfan and also said that ‘Morning Craze’ gives them much-needed comic relief. Smedley says, “We need laughs with our kids and love to get them around the table. Whether it’s at breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, snack time, dinner or over a take-no-prisoners game round – we’re here to have more fun.”
Given this stressful time of the pandemic, parents are trying to entertain their kids at home so they can be careful about going out to play. Board games are one of the best ways to keep those little minds engaged. The new Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-wheats’ Morning Craze is bringing all family members, who were otherwise busy with their lives, around a single table mingling and having fun along with their family members. On their website, cereal fans can get a chance to win a free box of Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-wheats and a set of the Morning Craze board game by submitting their ‘Growl’ story.
In this out-of-the-box board game, the players have to go around the game finding solutions for the hunger ‘Growl’ that they face if they missed their morning bowl of Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-wheats. If one player fails, the other team gets a point and the player risks losing. In the end, the player who manages to beat the ‘Growl’ wins the game.
